Photon Health Appoints Stu Libby as Chief Revenue Officer

Brooklyn, NY – February 11, 2025 – Photon Health ("Photon"), an innovative prescription platform that improves medication access and fulfillment, today announced the appointment of Stu Libby as Chief Revenue Officer, effective February 3, 2025.

Stu brings over 20 years of extensive sales and growth experience across healthcare, technology, and startups to his new role. At Photon, he will lead Sales and Partnerships, with a focus on accelerating enterprise customer growth.

Stu—Photon’s first angel investor—joins the company following his role as CEO and Founder of Zipdrug, a pioneering prescription delivery platform. During his tenure, he demonstrated a track record of innovation and leadership, successfully scaling its business, expanding its team, and exiting the company with a sale to Elevance. Prior to Zipdrug, he co-founded and built Circulate, a data-driven advertising technology company, which was later acquired by LiveRamp.join.
